Disposition versions
8. A certified body must comply with the laws and regulations governing the adoption of a child domiciled outside Québec, including the provisions relating to the protection of personal information set out in the Civil Code and in the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (chapter P-39.1).
The certified body must also comply at all times with the conditions required to obtain certification, and with any conditions imposed at the time certification is granted.
